A superbly written piece. Lots of discussion seems to focus on workplace leadership, but it's interesting to consider how far this isn't just a day job, but one with very domestic implications.
thank you Lauren for your kind comments. There are implications at multiple levels of this 'reversed roles' construct we are seeing more and more of today. I did explore this article specifically keeping the organisational context in mind but there is so much more to discover especially when it comes to the couples' own relationships; their relationsips with their families and communities they operate in and finally the organisational context . An incomplete discussion if we dont bring in all aspects as you rightly mention.
